The contact owns a 2022 Nisan Kicks. The contact stated that the parking assist would alarm the driver that they were coming close to something or someone. When the power assist was activated, the vehicle would suddenly stop as if the vehicle was about to crash into an object or a person. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, there was an abnormal grinding noise coming from underneath the driver’s and passenger’s side front-end. The contact also stated that while in reverse or on an incline, the vehicle was making a popping sound underneath the vehicle.
