WHEN THE SUNLIGHT SHINED ON THE MELTED SURFACE OF THE DASHBOARD, A GLARE WAS PRESENT CREATING A VISIBILITY HAZARD. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED.
