TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 NISSAN 350Z. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAG INDICATOR ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE DEALER RESET THE AIR BAG SENSOR, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT BACK TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT BOTH THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG MODULES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 111,000. JCC
AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT WARNING LIGHT CONSISTENTLY COMES ON. AIRBAG MAY DEPLOY AT ANYTIME. DEALER (BARON NISSAN, GREENVALE, NY) HAS ATTEMPTED 3 REPAIRS, WITH NO SUCCESS. NISSAN NORTH AMERICA WILL NOT REMEDY UNDER WARRANTY.*CN
