ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS THE STEERING WHEEL HAS LOCKED UP, AND THE IGNITION KEY WILL NOT TURN. I HAVE REPLACED BOTH THE IGNITION AND THE STARTER, AND STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. *AK
