PURCHASED 4 NEW SHIELD (BCT) TIRES AND HAD THEM INSTALLED ON MY 5TH. WHEEL RV. WITHIN 10,000 MILES THEY ALL BLEW OUT, NOT AT THE SAME TIME. I HAVE THE RV WEIGHED AND I WAS NOT EXCEEDING THE LOAD LIMITS OF THE TIRES OR THE RV. THE BLOW OUT CAUSED DAMAGED TO THE RV. *TR
