The contact stated that the instrument cluster was distorted with moving bubbles inside. The contact stated that due to the failure it was difficult to read the screen. The dealer was made aware of the failure. The RV was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
