Consequence: A loose steering shaft can cause a loss of steering, increasing the risk of a crash.

The pressure relief device (PRD) of the CNG system may fracture and separate, allowing a high pressure release of CNG.

Consequence: An unexpected release of CNG gas in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
