Defect: NABI Bus, LLC (NABI) is recalling certain model year 2014 40LFW city transit buses manufactured September 12, 2014, to December 31, 2014. The affected buses have front axles whose tie rod nuts may be improperly torqued.
Consequence: If the tie rod nuts are not properly torqued, the tie rod may not be adequately secured, resulting in a loss of vehicle control and increasing the risk of a crash.
