The contact stated that the vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or an independent center to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but offered no assistance. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V279000 (STRUCTURE, SUSPENSION); however, the VIN was not included in the recall.
