CONSUMER ATTEMPTED AN AVOIDANCE MANEUVER WHEN HER SUV LIFTED ONTO THE LEFT TIRES AND SUBSEQUENTLY FELL ONTO THE DRIVER'S SIDE SLIDING ACROSS THE HIGHWAY THROUGH BOTH THE RIGHT LANE AND SHOULDER. VEHICLE THEN ROLLED ONTO ITS ROOF WHERE THE ROOF COLLAPSED TO THE STEERING WHEEL ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. CONSUMER SUSTAINED FRACTURE AND MINOR SPINE INJURIES. *TT *TS
