Defect: Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling certain 2022-2023, 2025 T-Series and 2022-2026 G5 transit buses. The power cable providing electricity to the air conditioning control board may have a loose connection to the power stud on the board.

Consequence: A loose power cable connection may cause the control board to overheat and melt, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will secure the power cable and power stud as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 30, 2026. Owners can contact Micro Bird Customer Service at 819-477-2012. Micro Bird's number for this recall is 25-118-SUC.

Recall 25V752000 — EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR RESTRAINTS/SECUREMENT:LATCH/ANCHOR:

Defect: Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling certain 2024-2026 G5 and 2025 T-Series transit buses equipped with certain QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

Consequence: An unlocked wheelchair can move during transit or during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and repair the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 8, 2025. Owners can contact Micro Bird Customer Service at 819-477-2012. Micro Bird's number for this recall is 25-117-QUC.

Recall 25V600000 — STRUCTURE:BODY:DOOR

| 2,454 vehicles affected

Defect: Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling certain 2023-2025 T- Series, G5, and 2024-2025 MBII school buses equipped with a power-assisted service door. The rod-eye rings attaching the front and rear door panels to the opening gear may delaminate, preventing the door from being controlled by the driver.

Consequence: The door panel may remain in the open position or open unexpectedly, increasing the risk of passenger being injured falling out of the bus.
