DRIVING IN THE RAIN HEADLIGHTS WENT OUT TRIED HIGH BEANS CAME ON WENT OUT, ALSO, WIPERS. I PULL LEAVER HELD IN RESET WIPERS WITH OTHER HAND. THEN I PULL DOWN LEVER TO SIGNAL TOO GET OFF ROAD NOCKING HIGH BEANS OFF AGAIN. I ALMOST HIT GARD RAIL,THE LCD RECALL SHOULD BE FOR ALL CARS NOT JUST SOME MY SAFTY AND OTHERS SHOULD HAVE RECALLS.
