TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 MERCURY MARINER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS AT A LOCAL MECHANIC FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, SHE WAS INFORMED THAT THE REAR DRIVER'S WHEEL AND FRAME WERE SEVERELY CORRODED. THE CONTACT WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT THE WHEEL AND FRAME SEPARATED FROM THE BODY OF THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER DENIED ASSISTANCE WITH THE REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 110,000.
