Defect: McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2013-2015 HD REL-11, REL TG TAG-12, MA-42, M-44, ZR-48, AR-49, and Pacific LoPro FEL-88 Refuse Trucks, equipped with compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel systems by Agility Fuel Systems. The affected CNG systems have flexible stainless steel, sleeved, high pressure hoses that may corrode from exposure to environmental conditions such as water...
Consequence: Corrosion of the fuel hose may result in a CNG leak, which in the presence of an ignition source, may increase the risk of a fire.
