AT COLD TEMPERATURES THE HIGH-BEAM (HEADLIGHTS) FAIL TO COME ON. NORMAL(LOW BEAM) LIGHTS SHUT OFF AT THIS POINT RESULTING IN NO HEADLIGHTS. AFTER VEHICLE HAS WARMED HIGH-BEAMS WORK AS EXPECTED.
