TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 MAZDA 6. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE SUNGLASS HOLDER SUDDENLY FELL DOWN AND OBSTRUCTED THE CONTACT'S VIEW WHEN USING THE REARVIEW MIRROR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (BROWN MAZDA IN FAIRFAX, VA) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SUNGLASS HOLDER WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. ALSO, WHEN REMOVING THE IGNITION KEY FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH, THE METAL SECTION OF THE KEY WOULD BREAK OFF. THE FAILURE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED FOR EITHER FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000. *TT *TR
