The contact owns a 2025 Mazda CX-70. The contact stated that the vehicle was included in a recall for the hybrid system software update and was taken to the dealer, where the update was completed. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds and coming to a stop, the vehicle lost motive power and turned off. The contact shifted to park(P) and attempted to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was able to restart after several attempts in approximately 15 minutes or more.
