THROUGH RESEARCH, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT NUMEROUS PEOPLE WITH THE SAME TYPE OF VEHICLE EXPERIENCED TRANSMISSION FAILURE. THE VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY AT A REPAIR SHOP, BUT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED.
