TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 LINCOLN MKZ. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE REAR SCREEN WINDOW SHADE WOULD NOT GO BACK DOWN WHEN PROMPTED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SCREEN OBSTRUCTED THE REARVIEW VISION OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 91,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
