The contact stated that upon shifting to drive(D), a message advising that the camera was unavailable was displayed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the camera was reprogrammed; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the camera needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. While inspecting the vehicle, the dealer noticed that the front driver's side door panel was detaching and preventing the vehicle from unlocking.
