MANUFACTURER SENT OUT SERVICE NOTICE FOR THIS DEFECT, INDICATING THEY WERE AWARE OF DEFECT.*AK THE CONSUMER STATED THE DELAY IN INSTRUMENT LIGHTING UP WAS UNSAFE. *YH
