HEADLIGHTS WILL ALL THE SUDDEN GO OFF, THEN COME BACK ON, DOES THIS CONTINUOUSLY AND INTERMITTENTLY. THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS EVER SINCE WE HAVE OWNED THE CAR.
