SECOND BLOWOUT ON RIGHT REAR TIRE OCCURRED ON 12 AUGUST, 2001 AT HIGHWAY SPEED. NO ACCIDENT.*AK CONSUMER STATES SPEED WAS 15 MPH. *SLC
