THIS VEHICLE WAS STOPPED. THE VEHICLE FOLLOWING THIS VEHICLE FAIL TO STOP AND COLLIDED INTO THE REAR OF THIS VEHICLE. DAMAGE WAS MINIMAL @ $4000. NO EXTERIOR METAL DAMAGE. DRIVERS SEAT COLLAPSED INTO THE RECLINE POSITION. CONTACTED LEXUS, WHO SENT A REPRESENTATIVE TO INSPECT THE CAR. LEXUS SENT A LETTER EXPLAINING THAT THE SEAT IS IN FINE WORKING ORDER, BUT REFUSES TO EXPLAIN WHY THE SEAT COLLAPSED INTO THE RECLINE POSITION.*AK
