YESTERDAY, AT 75 MPH ON I-80, I HAD A NEAR COLLISION WITH A CAR IN THE LANE TO THE LEFT OF ME CAUSED BY A NON-FUNCTIONAL DRIVERS SIDE MIRROR. THE LEXUS FOLDING MIRRORS FAIL TO RETURN TO THE PROPER POSITION, RENDERING THEM USELESS. THIS IS A DOCUMENTED COMMON PROBLEM IN 2004-2006 LEXUS LS-430 MODELS.
