THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LEXUS SANTA MONICA (1501 SANTA MONICA BLVD, SANTA MONICA, CA 90404) TO BE INSPECTED HOWEVER, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED BY THE MECHANIC THAT A FAILURE WAS NOT DETECTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 83,000. *BF THE CONSUMER STATED HE WAS INJURED ON 11/2/2017. THE CONSUMER STATED THE MANUFACTURER REQUESTED THE VEHICLE TO BE RETURN FOR REPAIRS DUE TO THE DEFECTIVE DASHBOARD AND VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED.
