2015 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER EVOQUE Structurebody Problems

My window is constantly leaking water. I am not the original owner. I went to get the window repaired and the shops say it’s a recall. I never knew it was one. I now have a problem with wiring and I believe that the leaks have lead to this!

Vehicle has stress cracking bilaterally on front bumper where it meets the fender , looks like it is due to heat or excess tension from headlight. Cracks are split down the sides symmetrically and end result is requiring a brand new bumper at thousands of dollars. LTB00738NAS2 Is a technical bulletin describing exact issue but land rover states this bulletin doesn’t matter to me as I am out of factory warranty and there is no recall. The bumper being adrift reduces safety of the vehicle and interferes with alignments of sensors used for parking, collision avoidance, and other ADAS systems.

THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR IS NOT LOCKING, WHEN I LOCK THE CAR. EVERY DOOR ACCEPT THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR. I HAVE TO MANUALLY LOCK IT WHEN I DRIVE.

THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING AND THE VEHICLE WAS IN PARK AND I EXITED THE VEHICLE. I WENT INSIDE AN ADJACENT BUILDING FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 MINUTE. I RETURNED TO THE VEHICLE AND OPENED THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DOOR. I PICKED UP MY KEY FOB AND PRESSED THE IGNITION BUTTON TO TURN OFF THE ENGINE. WHEN THE ENGINE TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO ROLL AWAY AND STRUCK A PARKED CAR AND PINNED ME BETWEEN THE VEHICLE AND THE OPENED PASSENGER SIDE DOOR. MY HAND WAS PRESSED BETWEEN THE CAR DOOR AND A LIGHT POLE IN THE PARKING LOT. THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER SAT IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT AND PRESSED THE ENGINE BUTTON AND THE GEAR SHIFTER EMERGED AND WAS IN THE PARK POSITION. THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER THEN SHIFTED THE VEHICLE TO NEUTRAL AND THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT MOVE. THE PARKING BRAKE CONTINUED TO ENGAGE AND THE TIRES WOULD NOT ROLL...

I PARKED MY CAR AT THE DOG PARK AND WAS THERE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES. WHEN I CAME OUT MY CAR WAS ENGULFED IN FLAMES. TOTAL LOSS BY THE TIME THE FIREFIGHTERS WERE DONE FIGHTING THE BLAZE. .

REOCCURRING RUST IN TAILGATE WHICH DEALER HAS ONLY BUFFED AND IT REOCCURS WORSE THAN BEFORE. REFUSAL TO ADMIT IT IS A BUILD QUALITY DEFECT. I WAS TOLD I DON'T WASH ENOUGH, WAS RAIL RUST, YET ONLY APPEARS ON ONE PLACE THE TAILGATE WHICH IS A COMPOSITE MATERIAL.
