The contact owns a 2018 Land Rover Discovery. The contact stated while the vehicle was park outside during a heavy rainstorm water leaked from the front windshield into the cabin of the vehicle causing several electrical failures with the radio display and the electric door locks. The local dealer was notified of the failure and diagnosed the vehicle and determined that the windshield needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was previously inspected under the Manufacturer Extended Coverage for the failure. The failure mileage was 54,000.
