TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 KIA SPECTRA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE FULLY. THE DOOR ALARM WOULD CHIME SPORADICALLY TO INDICATE THAT THE DOOR WAS NOT FULLY CLOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER INSPECTED NOR REPAIRED FOR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 72,000.
