THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 6 WEEKS AND COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS CAUSING SHIMMY PROBLEM IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR. I AM ABOUT TO CONTACT ATTORNEY TO SUE DEALER AND MANUFACTURE. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE CARS THEY ARE A HAZARD TO THE CONSUMER!!!!*AK

OTHER THAN THE ALTERNATOR, THERE HAVE BEEN TWO OTHER TIMES WHEN MY "NEW" CAR HAD TO BE WORKED ON. LUCKILY I STILL HAVE A WARRANTY, BUT I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF MY KIA.

I HAVE PROBLEMS STARTING UP THE CAR, IT DOES NOT MATTER WHETHER DURING THE DAY OR NIGHT. WHEN I PUT THE KEY IN THE IGNITION I HAVE TO TRY AT LEAST FOUR TO FIVE TIMES BEFOR IT CLICKS OVER TO START. IT JUST CLICKS INSTEAD OF STARTING RIGHT AWAY. I TOOK THE CAR BACK FOUR(4) TIMES TO REPAIR, AND STILL PROBLEM NOT SOLVED.

WHEN I CALL THE 24HR ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE THAT IS THE NAME THAT APPEARED WHEN THE VIN WAS ENTERED. ALSO WHEN I CALL THE ATLANTA DEALERSHIP TO VERIFY THAT MY VEHICLE WAS THERE, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO PULL UP MY INFORMATION. I BELIEVE THAT I MAY HAVE BEEN SOLD A USED VEHICLE. *AK
