THE FRAME COLLAPSED WHEN THE VEHICLES WAS LOADED WITH 1200 POUNDS. THE CARGO CAPACITY, ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS, WAS 4500 POUNDS. CONSUMER STATED THAT THE MAXIMUM THEY LOADED WAS 1200 POUNDS. DEALER WELDED ABOUT A YEAR AGO, A YEAR LATER THE PROBLEM RECURRED. CURRENTLY, MANUFACTURER INDICATED THAT WAS CONSUMER'S PROBLEM. *AK
