During normal use traveling on interstates and US Highways my 5th Wheel has developed structural issues which can be attributed to manufacturing defects. The frame produced by Lippert has already come under scrutiny for substandard welds and is known across the industry by consumers but will not be properly addressed by the manufacturer. I contacted Keystone and Lippert and was told they wouldn’t do anything about the structure. Now I have a potentially unsafe RV I’ll have to take on the highways. Lippert needs to be held accountable for their blatant safety violations.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 KEYSTONE MONTANA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SIDE CURTAINS INSTALLED HAD SHARP, PROTRUDING STEEL PIECES COMING OUT OF THEM. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 30.
