The contact stated that while hauling the water and gas tank, the weight caused the suspension and the frame to bend since the Gross Vehicle Weight rating was incorrect. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed with nothing needing to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle performed as designed. The contact received no further assistance. The failure mileage was 500.
