TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 KEYSTONE COUGAR RV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR BUMPER SEPARATED FROM THE FRAME OF THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND ADVISED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 12V355000 (STRUCTURE:BODY:BUMPERS). THE RV WAS NOT REPAIRED.
