Defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Arcadia travel trailers. The backer board behind the cabinet for the wardrobe may not have been installed during production.
Consequence: A missing backer board may cause the wardrobe slide room to extend out of the opening, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and if necessary, install steel brackets to stop the slide room when opening, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 16, 2023. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall...

The contact owns a 2021 Keystone Arcadia. The contact stated that while driving over bumps at slower speeds, the "Trailer Brakes disconnected, and check Trailer wiring" messages were displayed. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed that the brakes were not connected to the rear axle. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred, and the warning message continued to reappear while driving at slower speeds. The contact stated that the fender skirts detached while driving. The vehicle was taken to another independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed that the brakes were not connected to the rear axle. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred, and the vehicle was taken back to the mechanic, where it remained awaiting diagnosis and repairs. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
Trailer brakes get disconnected. Did not have any trailer brakes. Been to dealer 3 times still not fixed. I get a message in truck saying trailer brakes disconnected
