Defect: PITMAN ARM PINCH BOLTS MAY HAVE BEEN INADEQUATELY TORQUED.
Consequence: THIS COULD ALLOW PITMAN ARM TO SLIP ON THE STEERING GEAROUTPUT SHAFT RESULTING IN LOSS OF CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy: RETORQUE PINCH BOLTS AND RESET AS NECESSARY.
