The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Renegade. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the low oil pressure warning light illuminated. The vehicle was driven to the shoulder of the road. The contact inspected the vehicle and added approximately three quarts of oil to the engine. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The contact was informed that there was an oil leak. The contact stated that the vehicle had recently received an oil change in December 2025. The vehicle had only been driven 1,200 miles since the oil change was performed. The contact was advised to take the vehicle to the dealer for assistance.
