Defect: THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (VIN) PLACARD ON THESE TRAVEL TRAILERS DOES NOT HAVE THE CORRECT INDICATOR LENGTH. THIS DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS NO. 115, "VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER - BASIC REQUIREMENTS."
Consequence: CONSEQUENCE OF NON-COMPLIANCE: THE VEHICLE CANNOT BE IDENTIFIED CORRECTLY.
