These extinguishers may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or excessive force may be needed to activate the extinguisher. Consequence: In the event of a fire, if the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury.

Defect: ON CERTAIN MOTOR HOMES, THE HITCH RECEIVER MAY HAVE MISSING REINFORCING PLATES. WHEN A LOAD IS APPLIED TO THE HITCH, IT MAY BECOME PARTIALLY DETACHED FROM THE FRAME IF THESE PLATES ARE MISSING.

Consequence: THIS CONDITION, IF NOT ADDRESSED, COULD RESULT IN A CRASH, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.

Consequence: IF A SEPARATION OCCURRED AND THE HOOD OF THE VEHICLE WERE OPEN, FRAGMENTS FROM THE ACCUMULATOR COULD CAUSE INJURY TO PEOPLE IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA.
