The contact owns a 2021 Jayco Alante RV built on a 2020 Ford F-53 chassis. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 21V202000 (Suspension, Power Train) and 22V731000 (Suspension) however, the dealer was unwilling to repair the RV. The contact stated that the manufacturer and the RV dealer were not cooperating with repairing the RV under the recalls. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
