This RV was equipped from the factory with an axle on which was a sticker stating that the axle had a "D35 Capacity" of 3500 lbs. The RV also has a sticker stating that the GVWR is 4200 lbs and the "weight of this recreational vehicle trailer as completed at the factory with full propane cylinder(s) and full generator fuel if applicable is 1624 kg OR (3582 Lbs.)" To my understanding, this means that the "curb weight" of the RV exceeds that of the axle capacity. The GVWR of the RV also exceeds that of the axle capacity. While towing the RV, I noticed the wheels were exhibiting a slight "excessive camber". Upon further inspection, I observed the axle to be bent. I believe it is a reasonable conclusion that the axle was bent because it was undersized for the RV. I was able to safely tow the RV to...
