Poor steel to aluminum welding. Fiberglass sides are cracking due to welds cracking per service advisers at RV dealerships. Jayco is aware and telling RV owners the repair is on the owners. The sides could separate and come off during transport and possibly cause damages or accidents of other vehicles. Jayco has changed engineering and procedures because of this safety issue and refuse to make corrections to bring units up to safer standards. Jayco has a repair kit but owners are to foot the bill for repairs. A repair will cost owners at a minimum of $10K starting. Its sad Jayco is more concerned with profits than public safety especially when they are aware of the issue.
Structural frame cracks causing weakness over hitch.
DRIVERS SIDE CAMPER SLIDE CRACK. JAYCO WAS CALLED AND REPAIR SCHEDULED. JAYCO IS AWARE OF THE FRAME REINFORCEMENT NEEDED AND SIDE WALL CRACKING. NOT COVERING PROLONGED REPAIRS RELATED TO POOR MANUFACTURING PROCESS
