TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JAGUAR X-TYPE. THE CONTACT STATED WHEN DRIVING AT SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 30 MPH, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS SEEN BY THE DEALER THREE TIMES AND EACH TIME; THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WOULD NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 49,000.
