Description of Incident: While driving on the highway, my 2019 Jaguar E-PACE suddenly and without warning lost power, putting myself and others at serious risk. The vehicle went into limp mode with no prior indication of any issues. Once the failure occurred, a warning message appeared on the dashboard stating “Gearbox Fault,” and the transmission temperature began to rise rapidly. This failure occurred during active highway travel, with no safe shoulder or emergency lane available due to nearby construction. I was nearly rear-ended as I attempted to safely navigate off the road. This incident could have resulted in a serious accident. The issue has been confirmed and reproduced by a certified Jaguar dealership, which has inspected the vehicle and verified the problem. The vehicle displayed no warning lamps or messages prior to the failure. The safety risk this defect poses is extremely concerning, and I am requesting a full investigation...
