Defect: UNDER A COMBINATION OF CIRCUMSTANCES IN COLD WEATHER, ICING MAY PREVENT RETURN OF THE THROTTLE BUTTERFLY TO THE IDLE POSITION.
Remedy: THE DEALER WILL FIT COOLANT HEATED THROTTLE BODIES ON ALL VEHICLES AT NO COST TO OWNERS.
