WHILE VEHICLE WAS IN A STATIONARY POSITION IT WAS REAR ENDED AT APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. DRIVERS SEAT COMPLETELY COLLAPSED, AND DRIVER FOUND HIMSELF IN BACK SEAT. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/ATTACHMENTS. *CONSUMER SUFFERED NECK AND BACK INJURIES WHEN THIS CRASH OCCURRED. *AK
