HEAD-ON COLLISION AT APPROX 30 MPH. BOTH AIR BAGS (DRIVER AND PASSENGER) FAILED TO DEPLOY DESPITE THE SEVERITY OF THE IMPACT. BUMPER DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE, ENGINE COLLAPSED, CAUSING AN OIL SPILL.
