TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 INFINITI QX4. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GAUGES AND THE LIGHTING ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WOULD FAIL ON AN INTERMITTENT BASIS WHEN DRIVING 30 MPH AND ABOVE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO HAVE THE FAILURE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 87,500.
WHILE DRIVING BRAKES FAILED, MAKING IT HARD TO STOP THE VEHICLE. ALSO, TAIL LIGHTS WERE INOPERABLE. VEHICLE HAD BEEN TAKEN TO THE DEALER A TOTAL OF SIX TO EIGHT TIMES. WAS TOLD THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. *AK
