the vehicles EMB (Electromagnetic brake) engaged while driving due to sudden loss of power, locking all 4 wheels up and flipping the golf cart. There are several reported instances of this and its extremely dangerous. the cart should not lock up once it loses power. this is a street legal golf cart brand. attached is an additionoal example. someone is going to die.
