2021 ICON EV I20 Electrical System Problems

This golf cart has magnetic wheel stops when there is no power. I turns out that it is not just NO power, but if the voltage drops (I think about 45v from 50 V), these magnetic stops can engage WHILE driving. I was driving on city streets at about 20-22 MPH and all four wheels stopped dead, pulling my cart to the right, throwing me into the dash and side mirror and causing my cell phone to fly out and crash on the street. I am lucky the car behind me pulled to left and did not hit me. I am also lucky that I had no kids or dogs in the cart .They could have been hurt badly.
